Sponsor and furnish the Lobby Club Room @ Luxury Pavilion by providing seating and decor in this 800+ sq. ft. room. A portion of our 12,000 guests will utilize this suite room to meet their friends, sit and relax, ponder a purchase, or catch their breath as they meander the 70,000 sq. ft. pavilion complex. This is an impactful activation as fairgoers will utilize and benefit from your single brand sponsorship, making it memorable. 

 You Receive:

1) Presenting rights to the room: “THE LOBBY CLUB ROOM Presented by xxxxx” becomes the official name of the room with signage on the 8 ft. center wall. 

2) Your name appears as presenter in various media locations, website home page, Show Guide, social media posts, etc.
