Treat your e-ticket as you would cash. The QR Code only allows ONE ENTRY PER SCAN. Duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance.
The Hamptons Fine Art Fair is produced by ShowHamptons, LLC. 

This ticket will not be replaced, or exchanged for any reason.

ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS

Each ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, occurring prior to, during, or after this event. Ticket Holder agrees to release the show organizer, and its representatives, Southampton Elks Lodge 1574, and Town of Southampton, from any claims arising from this event.

PARKING

Parking is $15 per car per visit, preferably paid in advance or upon arrival. We encourage using car service, or car pooling, when possible.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Only service animals permitted.

CHILDREN

Ticket holder grants event organizer and their affiliates the right to photograph, film, or record their image or likeness while at the event to use for published advertising and promotional purposes.

INCREMENTAL WEATHER/OTHER LOSS

Organizers are not responsible financially, for event cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather or other acts out of their control, event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen articles while at the event.

ACCOMMODATION

If you have a disability and need a special accommodation, please contact brian@show-hamptons.com, at least 2 days prior to the event. The fair grounds are equipped with ADA approved bathrooms and entrance/exit access.  

DRINKING POLICY

Event organizers are concerned about drinking and driving, and encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic products at the event. If a ticket holder believes his/her driving ability may be impaired, please notify the event representative at the registration desk for securing alternative transportation. Accordingly, the ticket holder indemnifies and holds harmless the show organizers, representatives and affiliates from any liability  thereof.
