The health and safety of all art fair participants is of paramount concern. As such, we are taking responsible precautions to protect everyone. The following is a set of action plans which comply with CDC and NYS Health Department “best practices” for Covid protection, at the time of the fair.

1. Security guards at entrance and exit, to monitor traffic flow, visually, reinforcing social distancing. Attendees may have to wait to gain access to the main building, (Pollock Pavilion).
2. Staff will have work schedule to clean and disinfect touched surfaces, and registration desk on an ongoing basis.
3. Restrooms will be cleaned regularly and stocked with soap and water.
4. Enclosed pavilions will be well ventilated with A/C and climate controlled air ducts.
