Shamnoski Gallery

New York, NY

Booth 144

Shamnoski Gallery specializes in postwar American art, with a focus on Abstract Expressionism and related movements that emerged in New York and the East End during the mid-20th century. The gallery works closely with artists’ estates to present historically significant works by both celebrated and underrecognized figures whose contributions shaped the course of American abstraction. Through exhibitions, scholarship, and strategic placement of works in important collections, Shamnoski Gallery seeks to preserve and expand the legacies of these artists while fostering a deeper understanding of their shared histories, personalities, and cultural lore that defined the New York School.
