Sophia’s explores the relationship between texture, color, and emotion through layered mixed media paintings. Using acrylic paint and spackle as her primary materials, she builds surfaces that invite viewers to both see and feel the energy within each piece. Working from her small apartment studio, Sophia embraces the challenge of creating large-scale paintings in an intimate space — a testament to her dedication and love for the process.  However, she is slowly running out of wall space.
