KAI Gallery launched in 2016 as the contemporary-focused extension of FitzGerald Fine Arts, founded in 2007 in SoHo. Originally created to showcase experimental contemporary art from China, Asia, and abroad, KAI expanded beyond FitzGerald’s focus on reimagined traditional Asian art practices. The gallery previously operated spaces in SoHo and Southampton, NY. Today, KAI maintains by-appointment spaces in Manhattan and Southampton and participates in accredited art fairs across the U.S. and internationally.
